JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our employed student resource will be on parental leave! Therefore, we are looking for a suitable person for a temporary position at 80% during February and March.

As a student resource in the adapted primary school, you and your colleagues in the work team will work with students with special needs.

You will work closely with the students and support them in their knowledge development as well as their care needs. Your mission is to create conditions for the student to achieve optimal growth and learning, where important keywords are inclusion, development, collaboration, and accessibility.

You will be part of a team that is engaged and professional and has experience in meeting the current student group. Collaboration and well-being are important factors for the team, and you contribute to a positive work environment for both colleagues and students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has experience working with students in need of special support. Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or neuropsychiatric disorders is an advantage.

As a person, you should be easy to collaborate with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective work group. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You have a low-arousal approach.
